Crushing is a live monologue show that explores transformative experiences in romantic love. The show uplifts eight writers diverse in lived experience and narrative disciplines. After a sold-out run in New York City in 2023, Crushing will take the stage on February 27th and 28th at the Bayfront Theater in Fort Mason, San Francisco.

The New York City show featured a decorated playwright, an NAACP Image Award-winning podcaster, a Washington Post journalist, a stand-up comic, and more. The 2025 lineup, set to be announced in late January, will feature award-winning spoken word poet and a National Book Award long-listed author, among others.
